Amy Smart has been a model, actress, and a former American. Born in California USA, Amy Smart began her modeling career there. In 1996, she made her debut as a actress in the TV film Her Costly Affair. It was a long road to be a part of Starship Troopers in a smaller character. It was a difficult transition for Amy because she had to move from modelling into performing. Models aren't considered great actors and so tend to get smaller, insignificant roles.
